Hot melt refers to an adhesive mixture based on a 100% solid thermoplastic polymer that is in a solid form at room temperature.
Since it does not contain solvents or water, it is processed (manufactured and coated) by providing fluidity through heating and melting (100-180°C).
Solid wax can be melted in a melting tank and coated onto roll-shaped paper materials, or bonded with PET film and other materials.
We heat and melt hot melt adhesive in a melting tank, and then coat it onto paper materials or laminated materials using a gravure roll. We also apply hot melt adhesive to paper materials and laminate them with film substrates. We will accommodate short delivery times, small lots, and prototype testing as much as possible.
We also use methods such as bonding and transcription.
Coating processing on release paper, non-woven fabric, PET film, etc. The hot melt adhesives handled include adhesive types, EVA-based, polyamide-based, and polyester-based.
